All Printer Troubleshooting 

Head is moving but printout is not being received.

·  Clean the head by Head Cleaning Software. 

. Check to have Ink in Cartridge, Epson Printers also have an Ink Level Indicator on the screen which shows Ink Status but it is not Reliable, to check Ink, check it by taking out the Cartridge.

·  Print head nosal may be bad. 

·  Color Printout is not being received correctly, instead of the given Printout, another color is being received. 

· If any one color ink in the color cartridge is exhausted, replace the cartridge. 

ink is spreading in the printout. 

·  Paper has moisture, use good and dry paper.

·  Cartridge is not of good quality.  Or Refilled Ink.

Printout is taking too long.

·   Select Draft or Normal Mode by software for printout. 

·   If text is being printed then select Plain Paper from Media or 'paper Type' option.  Uninstall and reinstall the driver software.

No one color is coming from Red, Blue or Yellow in Colour Printout.

·         Related color ink is out.

·         Try cleaning the head.

·         Replace cartridge.

Inkjet Refiling:

The cost of both the cartridges of an Inkjet Printer is up to half of the cost of the printer, in this case Cartridge Replacement Expansive seems to be Expansive when the cartridges run out of Ink. Refilling technique is used to diagnose this, which is a very cheap solution.  Ink is refilled in the empty Ink Cartridge.  But this technique also has a limit and there is a possibility of damage to the printer, so refilling should be done only when it is fully knowledgeable. 

HP Desk Jet's Cartridges also have Head Attached, due to which Cartridge can be replaced if the correct Printout is not received after Refilling, but the Head Units of Epson Printers are fixed and Refilled Ink is not of good quality.  But its head can be jammed, in such a situation the printer can also be useless.  Still, if refiling is done properly by good quality ink, then it is a very economical way to maintenance of Inkjet Printer. 

Keep in mind some special things in Inkjet Refiling.  :

· Inject slowly when refilling Cartridge Ink.

·  Do not fill the cartridge with ink more than necessary or completely.  Fill the ink with as many ml as the cartridge.

·   Always use Ink of a Reputed Brand only. 

·   Color Cartridge has Red, Blue, and Yellow Ink in three different chambers, while refilling them, refill the Ink in the right chamber, otherwise the Cartridge will become useless due to mixing Ink in the wrong chamber.

· After Rifling If the printout is not satisfactory, check the head by cleaning it carefully.

· HP DeskJet Cartridge uses Bottom Feel Technique to refill the Black Cartridge, which is quite simple, never make a hole in the Cartridge Ink Ink Do not try to refill.

Laser Printing Service

Laser Printers give faster, higher volt requirement and clear print than all other printers.  They do not have a head, but print it through Laser Beem, like DMP or Inkjet, there is no Liquid Ink but Tonner Powder (Zink Oxide) is used.  Laser Printer can print on more types of media than other printers.  The main errors that come in these are the following. 

Printer Paper Sense is not working.

·  Paper Sensor is not working. 

·  In most laser printers, it is on only when the top cover of the sensor printer is closed and is able to sense the paper, so close the top cover properly, check the adjustment of the sensor and push the sensor switch through the top cover.  Check Alignment of Doing Notch etc. 

Paper is not being feed.

·         Check that the paper is installed properly. 

·         If the Printer Roller is moving to feed the paper, then fix the Paper Tray Alignment.

·         Check by Servicing the Printer. 

 Repeatedly the paper gets stuck in the paper printer after printing half the page.

· Paper Sensor is not being properly pushed by the top cover of the printer, open it and align. 

·  Getting a streak between Printouts.

·  First of all, check the printout by installing a good toner cartridge, after fixing the problem, replace the Tonner Cartridge because the roller of the cartridge is damaged. 

·  Printer needs servicing clean the roller. 

· Sometimes the printout is not correct even due to moisture coming in the toner powder, in this case the print becomes correct due to drying of sunlight or bulb light. 

·  Dots are coming all over the page in the printout or there is an unclear printout.

·  There is moisture in the toner cartridge, dry it in the light of the bulb etc.

Maintenance Of Laser Printing

Laser Printer The main reason for Printout not working properly is toner casing, due to lack of toner powder, refill toner or moisture in the rainy season, various types of problems can come in the printout. 

Not properly refilled Toner Cartridge may not give perfect printout, due to this the characters of very small size may not print correctly or their printout on tracing paper is not correct.

· प्रिंटआउट के लिए सॉफ्टवेयर द्वारा ड्राफ्ट या सामान्य मोड का चयन करें।

· यदि टेक्स्ट प्रिंट किया जा रहा है तो मीडिया से प्लेन पेपर या 'पेपर टाइप' विकल्प चुनें। ड्राइवर सॉफ़्टवेयर को अनइंस्टॉल और पुनर्स्थापित करें।

कलर प्रिंटआउट में रेड, ब्लू या येलो से कोई एक कलर नहीं आ रहा है।

इंकजेट रिफ्लिंग:

एक इंकजेट प्रिंटर के दोनों कार्ट्रिज की लागत प्रिंटर की लागत के आधे तक होती है, इस मामले में कार्ट्रिज रिप्लेसमेंट एक्सपेंसिव तब लगता है जब कार्ट्रिज स्याही से बाहर निकल जाते हैं। इसके निदान के लिए रिफिलिंग तकनीक का उपयोग किया जाता है, जो बहुत ही सस्ता उपाय है। स्याही को खाली स्याही कारतूस में भर दिया जाता है। लेकिन इस तकनीक की भी एक सीमा होती है और इससे प्रिंटर खराब होने की आशंका रहती है, इसलिए रिफिलिंग तभी करनी चाहिए जब इसकी पूरी जानकारी हो।

 HP DeskJet के कार्ट्रिज में हेड अटैच्ड भी होता है, जिससे रिफिलिंग के बाद सही प्रिंटआउट न मिलने पर कार्ट्रिज को बदला जा सकता है, लेकिन Epson प्रिंटर्स की हेड यूनिट्स फिक्स होती हैं और रिफिल्ड इंक अच्छी क्वालिटी की नहीं होती है। लेकिन इसका सिर जाम हो सकता है, ऐसे में प्रिंटर भी बेकार हो सकता है। फिर भी, अगर अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाली स्याही से रिफिलिंग ठीक से की जाती है, तो यह इंकजेट प्रिंटर के रखरखाव का एक बहुत ही किफायती तरीका है।

इंकजेट रिफ्लिंग में कुछ खास बातों का ध्यान रखें। :

· एचपी डेस्कजेट कार्ट्रिज ब्लैक कार्ट्रिज को फिर से भरने के लिए बॉटम फील तकनीक का उपयोग करता है, जो काफी सरल है, कार्ट्रिज इंक इंक में कभी छेद न करें फिर से भरने की कोशिश न करें।

लेजर प्रिंटर सर्विसिंग

· पेपर सेंसर को प्रिंटर के शीर्ष कवर द्वारा ठीक से धक्का नहीं दिया जा रहा है, इसे खोलें और संरेखित करें।

· प्रिंटआउट के बीच एक स्ट्रीक प्राप्त करना।

· सबसे पहले एक अच्छा टोनर कार्ट्रिज लगाकर प्रिंटआउट चेक करें, समस्या को ठीक करने के बाद टोनर कार्ट्रिज को बदलें क्योंकि कार्ट्रिज का रोलर खराब हो गया है।

· प्रिंटर को रोलर को साफ करने के लिए सर्विसिंग की जरूरत होती है।

· कभी-कभी टोनर पाउडर में नमी आने के कारण भी प्रिंटआउट सही नहीं होता, ऐसे में धूप या बल्ब की रोशनी के सूखने से प्रिंट सही हो जाता है.

· प्रिंटआउट में पूरे पृष्ठ पर डॉट्स आ रहे हैं या कोई अस्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट नहीं है।

· टोनर कार्ट्रिज में नमी हो, उसे बल्ब आदि की रोशनी में सुखाएं। 

लेजर प्रिंटर का रखरखाव

लेजर प्रिंटर प्रिंटआउट के ठीक से काम न करने का मुख्य कारण टोनर केसिंग है, बारिश के मौसम में टोनर पाउडर, रिफिल टोनर या नमी की कमी के कारण प्रिंटआउट में विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याएं आ सकती हैं।

ठीक से रिफिल नहीं किया गया टोनर कार्ट्रिज सही प्रिंटआउट नहीं दे सकता है, इसके कारण बहुत छोटे आकार के अक्षर सही ढंग से प्रिंट नहीं हो सकते हैं या ट्रेसिंग पेपर पर उनका प्रिंटआउट सही नहीं है।

  ज्यादातर लेजर प्रिंटर में पेपर फीड करने के लिए दो इनपुट होते हैं, अगर कोई प्रिंटर पेपर नहीं खोल पा रहा है, तो यह समस्या प्रिंटर मैकेनिज्म के साथ है, प्रिंटर को खोलकर पेपर को फीड न करने का कारण पता करें, क्योंकि रोलर गंदा है। , कागज तंत्र में पुली/गेयर के टुकड़ों को रगड़ने से भी यह समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है ।
