9. Week display (display is getting blurry sometimes then getting fixed gain.) this fault is of monitor only.
· The monitor interface cable is bad.
· There is a loss connection of the monitor to the display card.
· The brightness and connection control of the monitor is poor.
· This error can be corrected by adjusting the variable resistance for brightness in the monitor circuit.
10. Junk display (ASCII
characters and square blocks coming up ON the monitor)
· The memory (D RAM) in the VGA/ display card is bad.
11. Display is getting but sometimes is disappears but the system is not rebooting.
· The crystal in the VGA card is loose connection. Or has gone bad.
· The brightness and contrast control of the monitor is detective.
· There is a loose connection between the monitor and the display card.
12. The display sometimes comes ON and the system reboot.
· RAM is defective or mismatch.
· SMPS wattage is low and AC I/P are getting low.
· PG signal (over wire) is never being received by SMPS. SMPS circuit is defective.
· The current received by the SMPS in the motherboard is loose connection.
· The jumper setting for the processor is incorrect.
· The reset switch is getting shot.
· The motherboard circuit is shorting out of the cabinet.
· Motherboard has any SMD is dry.(motherboard faulty)
13. Getting black display on white background and then disappearing sometimes getting correct display for a while.
. The CGA monitor also has the facility to receive black text on a white page or white text on a black page. It was selected by a switch in the black of the monitor. But currently SCGA monitors are in vogue, in which while text is obtained on a black background.
. The reason for the above problem in SVGA monitor is the low wattage of the SMPS and the receiving board (AC I/p) of the SMPS is low or any DRAM of the display card is bad.
14. Instead of display, black and white stripes are getting on the screen. (Post OK and beep is getting turned off and on, this bar disappears and the display is being received.
. This problem is not with the computer but with the monitor, the liniarty of the monitor has become mistune. This can be corrected by opening the monitor and rotating the linearity control preset on it. Some monitors have external liniorty controls that can be rotated to get the display.
15. The system is hanging on receiving the display. (No error massage received.)
· The circuit of an interface card is shorted. Especially the sound card`s regulator device (remove the interface card and check the system)
· Bios may be defective.
· The processor has overheated and got damaged.
· RAM has become partially defective.
· The CPU fan is not working or is not spinning which is causing the system to hang due to overheating of the processor.
16. Counting the RAM after receiving the display, the system is hanging and the size of the RAM is also getting wrong.
· Ram is effective.
· There is a RAM miss match with the motherboard.
· If two are engaged then the system is hanging due to mismatching due to different brands.
17. Memory test failed message is being received but by pressing F1 the system is booting as well.18. “Check error default value loaded” massage is being received. The system is booting when F1 is pressed.
· The system battery is faulty or discharged.
· In CMOS, whatever we are selecting according to the device installed in the system, it is not able to be saved. Such devices will not work. For this:
· Battery replacement is needed.
· The battery has a loose connection to the socket.
· The jumper setting of Bios in the mother board is wrong or the jumper has been set for clear CMOS setup.

10. जंक डिस्प्ले (ASCII कैरेक्टर और मॉनिटर पर आने वाले वर्गाकार ब्लॉक)
· वीजीए/डिस्प्ले कार्ड में मेमोरी (डी रैम) खराब है।
11. डिस्प्ले मिल रहा है लेकिन कभी-कभी गायब हो जाता है लेकिन सिस्टम रीबूट नहीं हो रहा है।
· वीजीए कार्ड में क्रिस्टल ढीला कनेक्शन है। या खराब हो गया है।
· मॉनिटर की चमक और कंट्रास्ट नियंत्रण जासूसी है।
· मॉनिटर और डिस्प्ले कार्ड के बीच एक ढीला कनेक्शन है।
12. डिस्प्ले कभी-कभी ऑन हो जाता है और सिस्टम रीबूट हो जाता है।
· RAM ख़राब या बेमेल है।
· एसएमपीएस वाट क्षमता कम है और एसी आई/पी कम हो रहा है।
· एसएमपीएस द्वारा पीजी सिग्नल (ओवर वायर) कभी प्राप्त नहीं किया जा रहा है। एसएमपीएस सर्किट खराब है।
· मदरबोर्ड में एसएमपीएस द्वारा प्राप्त करंट लूज कनेक्शन है।
· प्रोसेसर के लिए जम्पर सेटिंग गलत है।
· रीसेट स्विच शॉट हो रहा है।
· मदरबोर्ड सर्किट कैबिनेट से छोटा हो रहा है
· मदरबोर्ड में कोई एसएमडी सूखा है। (मदरबोर्ड दोषपूर्ण है)
13. सफेद बैकग्राउंड पर ब्लैक डिस्प्ले होना और फिर गायब हो जाना कभी-कभी कुछ देर के लिए सही डिस्प्ले मिलना।
. CGA मॉनीटर में श्वेत पृष्ठ पर काला पाठ या काले पृष्ठ पर श्वेत पाठ प्राप्त करने की सुविधा भी है। इसे मॉनिटर के काले रंग में एक स्विच द्वारा चुना गया था। लेकिन वर्तमान में एससीजीए मॉनिटर प्रचलन में हैं, जिसमें काले रंग की पृष्ठभूमि पर टेक्स्ट प्राप्त किया जाता है।
. एसवीजीए मॉनिटर में उपरोक्त समस्या का कारण एसएमपीएस की कम वाट क्षमता है और एसएमपीएस का रिसीविंग बोर्ड (एसी आई/पी) कम है या डिस्प्ले कार्ड का कोई डीआरएएम खराब है।
14. डिस्प्ले की जगह स्क्रीन पर ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट स्ट्राइप्स मिल रहे हैं। (पोस्ट ओके और बीप बंद हो रहा है और चालू हो रहा है, यह बार गायब हो जाता है और डिस्प्ले प्राप्त हो रहा है।
. यह समस्या कंप्यूटर की नहीं बल्कि मॉनिटर की होती है, मॉनिटर के लिनियर्टी में गड़बड़ी हो गई है। इसे मॉनिटर को खोलकर और उस पर लीनियरिटी कंट्रोल प्रीसेट को घुमाकर ठीक किया जा सकता है। कुछ मॉनिटरों में बाहरी लिनिओर्टी नियंत्रण होते हैं जिन्हें डिस्प्ले प्राप्त करने के लिए घुमाया जा सकता है।
15. डिस्प्ले मिलने पर सिस्टम हैंग हो रहा है। (कोई त्रुटि मालिश प्राप्त नहीं हुई।)
· एक इंटरफेस कार्ड का सर्किट छोटा होता है। विशेष रूप से साउंड कार्ड का नियामक उपकरण (इंटरफ़ेस कार्ड निकालें और सिस्टम की जाँच करें)
. बायोस ख़राब हो सकता है।
· प्रोसेसर ज़्यादा गरम हो गया है और क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है।
· RAM आंशिक रूप से खराब हो गई है।
· सीपीयू पंखा काम नहीं कर रहा है या घूम नहीं रहा है जिससे प्रोसेसर के अधिक गर्म होने के कारण सिस्टम हैंग हो रहा है।
16. डिस्प्ले मिलने के बाद रैम की गिनती करने से सिस्टम हैंग हो रहा है और रैम का साइज भी गलत हो रहा है।
. RAM प्रभावी है।
· मदरबोर्ड के साथ रैम मिस मैच है।
· यदि दो लगे हुए हैं तो विभिन्न ब्रांडों के कारण बेमेल होने के कारण सिस्टम लटक रहा है।
17. मेमोरी टेस्ट फेल होने का मैसेज मिल रहा है लेकिन F1 दबाने से सिस्टम बूट भी हो रहा है।
· रैम आंशिक रूप से खराब है।
· बस की गति मेल नहीं खा रही है।
· दो रैम अलग-अलग ब्रांड और अलग-अलग क्षमताओं के होने के कारण मिस मैच होते हैं।
18. "चेक एरर डिफॉल्ट वैल्यू लोडेड" मसाज प्राप्त हो रही है। F1 दबाए जाने पर सिस्टम बूट हो रहा है।
· सिस्टम की बैटरी खराब है या डिस्चार्ज हो गई है।
. सीएमओएस में सिस्टम में स्थापित डिवाइस के अनुसार हम जो कुछ भी चुन रहे हैं, उसे सेव नहीं किया जा सकता है। ऐसे उपकरण काम नहीं करेंगे। इसके लिए:
· बैटरी बदलने की जरूरत है।
· बैटरी का सॉकेट से ढीला कनेक्शन होता है।
· मदर बोर्ड में बायोस की जम्पर सेटिंग गलत है या स्पष्ट सीएमओएस सेटअप के लिए जम्पर सेट किया गया है।
